We are currently seeking a qualified leisure leader for our leisure team. As a leisure leader at IES Sigtuna, you will work to provide care and support before and after school for our students in grades F-6 and be responsible for teaching in accordance with the national leisure curriculum. In addition to performing the above tasks, you will also be responsible for providing specialized support to students based on their individual needs. We are looking for staff who, like us, believe in giving students the opportunity to realize their full potential, regardless of background. You must also be knowledgeable and passionate about education and children. You should have the tools to create a calm environment and be able to inspire students.

You will be part of a team that plans and develops the leisure activities together. You understand the importance of collaborating with your colleagues, maintaining routines and rules, seeing opportunities, taking great personal responsibility, and having a friendly and respectful attitude towards everyone you meet in your work. Furthermore, you must have a good ability to create positive relationships with students, guardians, and staff. Additional qualities we are looking for are that you can work in a structured manner but also dare to be flexible. The ability to lead a group to motivate and create participation is extremely important. You work well in a team but can also take your own initiative.

• Leisure teacher
• Teacher for leisure activities
